Jonathan Lurie is a Chicago-based photography enthusiast whose work has been published by the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Sun-Times, Chicago Reader, Pioneer Press Publications, Baltimore Magazine; numerous websites including: Wikipedia, WBEZ, Gapers-Block, Chi-Town Daily News, the Chicagoist; several books; and the cover of El Paisano recording artist, Owen Temple’s CD, Dollars and Dimes. Lurie is the resident artist at Urban Lux and his work is installed in their River North offices. An avid member of the Chicagoland and Northeastern Illinois Photo Meetup Group, Lurie’s passion for photography is divided between Chicago and Cape Cod, which are “incredibly different, but equally inspiring.”
